Common questions
Cannot find yours? Ask on a free discovery call or write to team@sailoxx.com.
Do you need access to our internal systems?
No. We never need login credentials or system access. We work from a tool inventory you fill in, software invoices you share, and an anonymous employee survey your team completes in their own time. All data handling is confidential and covered by an NDA before we start.
How much time does this take from our team?
Minimal. The manager filling in the tool inventory sheet needs about 20 to 30 minutes. Individual team members need 5 minutes each for the survey. The only calls are one 20-minute kickoff and one 30-minute debrief. Total time from your team is under 2 hours across 5 days.
What if we only have 3 or 4 AI tools? Is it still worth it?
Sometimes the most valuable finding is that three tools are doing the job of one. We will tell you on the discovery call if the numbers do not justify a review for your situation.
Is the survey really anonymous for employees?
Yes. The survey has no required name field. We never share individual responses with your management team. We present only aggregated findings in the report, so employees can be honest about what is not working without fear of attribution.
What if the review finds we are already spending efficiently?
Then you have documented evidence that your AI spend is justified, which you can show your board, CFO or investors.
Can you help us act on the recommendations?
Yes. After an AI Stack Review, the Fractional AI Officer retainer provides ongoing support, from a monthly strategy call and renewal decision support on Essential to full AI stack oversight and ROI tracking on Full Engagement. You can cancel anytime.
